West Park Animal Hospital in Tampa, FL is seeking a full or part time veterinarian. Our 2 doctor practice is growing and we hope to find a team member that is passionate about primary care and ready to rediscover the joy that brought them to our profession.

Our practice owner is a veterinarian and West Park is proud to be locally owned and operated. We understand the challenges facing today's primary care veterinarians and think you will appreciate our high staff to doctor ratio, well-trained team, and maximum 4 day workweek. Your voice matters in the decision-making process and there is a seat at the practice leadership table available if that interests you.

While known for its beaches, you’ll also find the local area has a booming food scene, local theatre, museums, incredible sports and plentiful recreational activities. Our location in the Westchase area of Tampa enjoys low crime and great schools in an affluent suburban setting. We are also easily commutable from a range of neighborhoods from urban to beach to rural.
What we offer:
Manageable and predictable work schedule-We are interested in talking to associate veterinarians interested in full or part time. While we are looking for someone to work full days, we are flexible in creating a weekly calendar that works for you. We are not open weekends.
Plentiful days off and no “on-call”. Your time is truly your time. Our operating hours are M,T,Th,F 7:30am-6pm and W 10am-8pm.

What we Require From a Candidate:
Graduate of US accredited Veterinary School with license to practice in Florida (or ability to acquire license in a reasonable amount of time)
Confidence in medical ability and the communication skills to help our clients understand the “Why, What, and How” of your recommendations for their pets
An absolute commitment to recommending what is best for your patients
